Dress #16 - Pink Floral Plisse

This little dress is made in a pink floral print cotton plisse . I have added a contrast facing. There are 2 small white buttons on each shoulder for easy dressing. A great little dress for a hot summer day. Very cool. Easy care. See the bloomers  I have for sale to match this dress.
